We aren't a giant company with hundreds of people. There’s just a handful of us working here at number 7. We spend most of our time dealing with land and assets around the city. The 80Feet Ring Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the trucks and cars, but we’ve gotten used to it. Our office is pretty basic. We have some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We don't have any fancy art or expensive furniture. We think it’s better to keep things simple and focus on the work. We talk to a lot of people every day, mostly about properties and what’s happening in the market. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sell people on big dreams. We just give the facts as we see them. Sometimes we’re out in the field all day, so the office stays empty for a few hours. We’re just local people who know this part of Bangalore really well and want to keep doing what we do at 80Feet Ring Road.
