Gravity Properties

We are located on the 1st floor of building number 28 on the 5th Main Road in Malleshwaram. It’s right across from the Malleswaram Cooperative Bank, so it’s pretty easy to spot once you're in the 12th Block. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters. People come in looking for places to stay or wanting to sell something they own. It’s a lot of talking and looking through lists. The office is pretty simple, just some chairs and desks. We keep some files of the different areas we cover around here. Malleshwaram is an old area, so there’s always something happening with the houses or the shops. We've lived and worked in this part of town for a long time, so we know the streets and the blocks pretty well. It’s not like those big real estate firms you see on TV. We’re just a small local team. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when a few families come in at once, but we manage. We try to keep things clear and simple for anyone who walks in. There’s no big sales pitch or anything like that. We just show what’s available and help with the paperwork if they need it. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the community here. The stairs can be a bit steep, so people usually take their time coming up to see us.
