Our team is over at the 91Springboard Business Hub in JP Nagar. It is at No. 175 and 176 in Dollars Colony, Phase 4. Being in a business hub means there are always other people around. Gradientm IT Consulting and Services is what we call ourselves. We do exactly what the name says. We help people with their IT problems. It is a lot of consulting and providing support to other businesses. We have our own little space inside the hub. It is convenient because we do not have to worry about the building maintenance ourselves. We just show up and start our day. JP Nagar is a nice part of Bangalore, though the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache. We spend our hours looking at code and talking to clients on the phone. It is not always exciting, but it is what we know how to do. We are a small group. We do not have big meetings with slides. We just sit around a table and discuss what needs to get done. Sometimes we work late if a client has an emergency. That is just part of the job in IT. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. We have been in this space for a bit and it suits us. It is a practical way to run a small company like ours. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay productive.
