Grace It Solutions is up on the 1st floor of the SKR complex. That's Plot No 33, right opposite the TC Palya bus stand in Bhattanahalli. It’s a very easy spot to find if you’re coming by bus to KR Puram. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. Inside, we have our workspace set up. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of power strips on the floor. People from the Bhattanahalli area come in quite often because we are so close to the bus stop. They bring in their laptops or ask about software installs. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It helps pass the time when we’re doing repetitive tasks like data backups. The SKR complex is usually busy, especially in the mornings. We see all kinds of people coming and going. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which is annoying, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they see the sign while waiting for their bus. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle the IT problems that people bring us, and we try to give them back their gear as soon as it's ready. KR Puram is a hectic part of town, but we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of things here. We just do our thing.
