Grace Garments

You can find Grace Garments over at 5 & 6 on the 1st floor. We are situated on H. Siddaiah Road, right near the 4th Cross. It’s a very busy area with a lot of people moving around, especially during the middle of the day. Our space is split across two units, which helps us keep the cutting and the sewing a bit separate. It’s not a very modern setup, but we have everything we need to get the work done. The machines make a lot of noise, and you can usually hear them from down the hall. We have stacks of fabric leaning against the walls and bundles of finished clothes tied up with string on the floor. The light comes in from the side windows, but we usually keep the tube lights on all day anyway. It gets pretty warm in here when all the machines are running, so we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze we can. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we have a bit of a rhythm going. We don't really have a place for people to sit and wait, so it's mostly just a working floor. Sometimes the stairs are a bit blocked with incoming fabric rolls, but we move them as fast as we can. It’s just a regular local business where we show up, do the work, and head home.
