Finding us is pretty simple once you are in Valmikinagar. We are at number 11 on the 1st Cross of 1st Main, near Raju Estate in Saki Naka. It is a busy area with a lot going on. Most of our day is spent sitting at the desk, talking on the phone, or scrolling through bus and train schedules on the computer screen. People come in when they need to visit their families in other towns or when they want to plan a small trip away. We spend a lot of time checking different dates and trying to find prices that work for them. The desk is usually a bit of a mess with notebooks, pens, and printed out tickets. We do not have any big fancy posters on the walls, just a basic calendar and a couple of maps to help us visualize the routes. Dealing with all the different bookings can be a bit of a headache, especially when the holiday season comes around and everything fills up fast. Saki Naka always has a lot of traffic noise coming from Kherani Road, but we are used to the sound of horns by now. We have a few chairs for people to sit and wait while we look things up. It is a small team here, just handling cars and bus tickets for whoever needs them. We have been doing this for long enough to know the best ways to get around.
