Gowin Placements

We are based in Ganganagar at a place called Deepthi Nilaya, which is house number 126 in the Lakshmaiah Block. It’s a nice, settled area of Bangalore-24. We use this house as our main office for all our placement activities. It feels a lot more like a home than an office, which we think makes people feel a bit more comfortable when they come in to talk about their jobs. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to different companies about who they need. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Ganganagar is a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us once they get off the main road. The building itself is just a regular house, nothing too modern or glass-covered. We’ve been here for quite some time now, so we know all the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We don't have any big marketing budgets or fancy signs; we just have our name on the door. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from filing papers to meeting candidates. We just try to be helpful and give people a fair shot at finding a new role. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We just keep at it, day in and day out, helping folks find their way through the local job market.
