Goverdhan Associates

We operate out of Mahalakshmi Layout. It’s a nice part of the city, feels a bit more like a real neighborhood than some of the other spots. Goverdhan Associates is just a small group of us working out of a modest space here. We don't have a big sign or a glass front that looks like a store. Most people find us because they live nearby or a friend told them about us. We’ve spent years getting to know the local area and the people in it. The work we do isn't particularly flashy, just steady and honest. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at their properties to see what they need. Mahalakshmi Layout has its own pace, and we’ve grown to appreciate it. We aren't interested in becoming some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We like knowing our clients by name and being able to walk down the street and say hello to people we’ve worked with before. The office is usually a bit of a mess with folders and notebooks, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just take things one day at a time and try to do right by the folks who hire us. It’s not complicated, and we like it that way. No big speeches, just a day’s work for a day’s pay.
