We are located at 110, Kristal Jade Apartments on the Sarjapur Outer Ring Road in Belandur Village, Bangalore. Being based in an apartment complex gives Gotocustomer Services Pvt Ltd. a bit of a different vibe than most offices. It’s not a big corporate building; it’s a place where people live and work. The Outer Ring Road is always incredibly busy, and the sound of traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Inside the apartment, we’ve set up our desks and computers in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It’s a bit tight sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork to sort through, but it works for us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a professional receptionist. We just answer the door ourselves. The atmosphere is very casual and honest. We aren't interested in using a lot of marketing talk or sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a small team of people trying to do a good job for the folks we serve. We spend our days on the phone and at our computers, and we usually just eat our lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a very unpretentious and straightforward way to run things. We don't have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets, just the basic tools we need to get our work done. Being in Belandur is convenient for us, and we like the simple, practical setup we have here.
