Gopal S started out at 789 Doorvani Nagar because the space was available right in the Veena Nilaya building. We are just across the street from the FCI office. It’s a busy area but we like it here. People stop by when they’re in the neighborhood for other things. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most people know the building. The sign isn't very big but if you find the FCI gate you can't miss us across from it. It’s mostly just a regular day here with work piling up and us trying to keep things moving. We don't do anything fancy or special. Most of the time it is just answering phones or dealing with the daily tasks that come up. The location is convenient for anyone living around Doorvani Nagar. Sometimes the traffic gets a bit much during the day and it gets noisy. We usually open early and stay until the work is finished. It is a simple setup with a few desks and some old chairs we’ve had for a long time. Nothing is very new or modern but it works for what we do. We try to be helpful when someone walks in with a question. Sometimes we have to look things up or get back to people later. It’s just how we run things. Being near the landmark helps people find the door without too much trouble. We're just a small part of this local area.
