Good Earth Developers

Good Earth Developers is located at E004 in the Terrace Garden Apartments over in Kadriguppa, Banashankari. We’ve been working out of this part of Bangalore for a while now. The office is actually inside the apartment complex which makes it feel very much like a part of the neighborhood. We deal with buildings and land, which in a city like Bangalore, is always a bit chaotic. There’s always someone looking for a site or asking about construction progress. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to manage our projects correctly. Most of our time is spent looking at plans or visiting sites to see how things are moving along. The traffic in Banashankari can be a nightmare so we try to schedule our meetings carefully. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have available and what the situation is with the permits or the construction. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with different contractors, which can be stressful when things get delayed. But that’s just how the building business goes here. We like being in the Kadriguppa area because it’s a bit quieter than the main city centers. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have in front of us each day. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks but we manage to get things done eventually.
