Goldenpalms Hotel & Spa

We are located in the Royal Heritage building, specifically at Flat No 115 on Old Madras Road in Benaganahalli, Bangalore. Now, this isn't the big resort itself, but it’s where a lot of our administrative work and coordination happens. If you come to the flat, you’ll find us managing bookings, answering emails, and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with running a hotel and spa. It’s a bit of a trek out toward Bangalore 72, but it’s a good spot for our back-office team. The office feels more like a home because it’s in a residential complex, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed than a standard corporate setting. We have piles of folders and computer screens everywhere, and there is usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We don’t have a fancy spa entrance here—just a door with a number on it. People often get confused thinking they’ve arrived at the hotel, so we have to explain that the relaxation happens elsewhere while the hard work happens here. It’s a busy little hub where we try to keep everything organized so the guests at the actual resort have a good time. We’ve been in Benaganahalli for a while now and the commute is just part of the routine. We aren't a big flashy team, just people making sure the business side of things stays on track every day.
