Golden Waters(Alex Resorts & Hotels Pvt. Ltd.)

Golden Waters is run by Alex Resorts & Hotels Pvt. Ltd., and our office is tucked away in Bangalore. We are on the first floor of Nagaraju Nilaya, which is House Number 5 on 5th Cross. It’s in the Gangamma Layout area of Gudadahalli. If you’re coming from R T Nagar or Hebbal, it’s not too hard to find, but the streets can be a bit narrow and confusing if it’s your first time. The office isn't very large. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of calendars on the walls. Bangalore traffic is a real headache, so getting to the office in the morning usually takes longer than it should. Once I’m here, it’s mostly about handling the resort business. We have to deal with a lot of bookings and staff issues at the properties. It’s not all glamorous like people think when they hear the word resort. There’s a lot of boring stuff like checking bills and ordering supplies. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up during our breaks. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels quite homely. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the locals know us. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks. It’s a small operation here in Hebbal, and we just try to get through the to-do list every day without getting too stressed out by it all.
