Golden Palms Hotel & Spa

Our place, the Golden Palms Hotel & Spa, is located right in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Specifically, we are at 587, 9th A Main Road in the 1st Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know that Indiranagar is one of the busiest places you can be. There are shops and cafes everywhere you look. Our building has been here for a while, and we try to keep it looking nice despite all the traffic and noise outside. We have a lot of rooms to take care of and the spa area needs constant attention to stay clean and ready. It’s a lot of work for the staff, and we are usually running around from early morning until late at night. The 9th Main Road can get really jammed with cars, especially in the evenings, so it’s always a bit of a struggle for people to find parking. We don't have a huge corporate team here; it’s mostly just local people working hard to keep the place running. The gardens need a lot of watering because of the weather, and we try to keep the palms looking healthy. It’s a bit of a challenge sometimes with the city’s water situation, but we do what we can. Inside, it’s a bit quieter than the street, which is a relief. We aren't a brand new glass building; we have a more traditional feel to the place. We just focus on the basics of making sure people have a place to stay.
