Golden Palms Hotel & Spa

We are located right on Coles Road in Frazer Town, specifically at number 7 on A Street. If you know Bangalore, you know Frazer Town is famous for its food and the busy streets. Our spot, Golden Palms, is right in the middle of all that. It’s not the massive resort you might find on the outskirts of the city; this is our city branch. The building is older, which gives it some character, though it means we’re always fixing something or painting a wall. We have people coming in and out all day. It’s a lively neighborhood, especially in the evenings when everyone comes out to the restaurants nearby. We don’t have a giant parking lot, so things can get a bit tight on the street. Inside, we try to keep things calm, even though the noise from Coles Road never really stops. Our staff are mostly local folks who know the area well. We don’t go for that overly polished hotel vibe. We’re more about being a place where you can actually talk to someone. It’s a bit messy sometimes when we’re busy, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve been here for a while and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't have any grand mission statements written on the walls. We just show up and do our best to keep everything running for the guests.
