Golden Gates Hotel

We are located right near South End Circle in Basavanagudi. It’s a busy corner of Bangalore, specifically over at Laxmi Towers on RV Road. If you know the area, you know how it gets with the traffic and the metro nearby. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while. The hotel is just what it is—a place for people to stay when they’re visiting this part of town. We see a lot of people coming in for work or just visiting family in the neighborhood. Basavanagudi has that old Bangalore feel to it, which we like. The building is No. 200/3, so it’s easy to spot if you’re looking. We spend most of our mornings getting the rooms ready and checking people in and out. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when a group arrives at once, and we just have to handle it. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything; it’s just us here making sure the lights stay on and the guests have what they need. Some days are quieter than others. We don’t really bother with big fancy speeches about what we do or why we do it. We just provide a room and try to keep things tidy for whoever comes through. It’s a practical place to be. If you’re walking down RV Road, you’ll see our entrance. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local shopkeepers know us.
