We’ve been at 869 Residency Road for a while now, up on the second floor of Phase III. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Golden Gate Properties Pvt Ltd isn't some massive corporate entity with shiny ads everywhere. We’re just a group of people who know the local property market and spend most of our time on the phone or out looking at sites. The office is usually full of paperwork and maps, which probably tells you how we work. We handle a lot of different things related to real estate, from basic rentals to helping folks figure out land deals. It can get pretty hectic when the market moves fast, but we just take it one day at a time. Most people find us because they’re looking for a place nearby and saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We don't have a big reception desk or anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of coffee cups. If you come by, you'll likely find us arguing about a contract or checking out new listings on the computer. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and we know this neighborhood like the back of our hand. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years from this office. Sometimes the traffic on Residency Road makes getting to work a pain, but being central helps us get to different properties quickly.
