Golden Dragon

Our place is called Golden Dragon. To be honest, the address we have listed—Kg Hhg K K Ggkh Gjkkh Lhkljh—looks a bit strange on paper, but that's what is on the official records. We operate from there, wherever the paperwork says we are. We mostly focus on the food and making sure the kitchen is ready for the day. It’s a small operation, and we don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We’ve been doing this for a while, just cooking and serving whoever comes by. It’s a lot of chopping vegetables and cleaning stoves. We aren't some big chain with a corporate office in a skyscraper. It’s just us in the kitchen. Sometimes it gets really hot and the orders pile up, but we just keep going. We don't have a marketing guy to write a fancy story about our history or anything like that. We just opened because we wanted to work for ourselves and cook. The days are long and we’re usually pretty tired by the end of it, but it’s okay. We know our regulars and what they like to eat. If you’re looking for something fancy, that’s not us. We’re just a local spot trying to get by. We use what we have and try not to make things too complicated. That’s just the way it is here at Golden Dragon. We appreciate the people who stop in to see us despite the weird address listing and the basic setup.
