We have been operating out of the Amco Batteries Compound on Bellary Road for quite a while now. Most people know the spot because it’s a busy stretch. Working in property development here means there is always something going on. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that’s just life in this part of town. We spend our days dealing with site plans and people coming in to ask about new projects. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. The office gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up off the road, but we keep things moving along. Being on Bellary Road puts us right in the middle of everything, which helps when we need to get out to different sites. We aren’t trying to be fancy about it. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure things get built the right way. Most of the staff here have been around long enough to know the local regulars who walk past every morning. It feels like a normal workplace where people know each other’s names. We have coffee in the breakroom and talk about the weekend like anyone else.
