We are located over here at 176, 8th Main in the BEML Layout. If you know Basaweshwara Nagar, it’s a pretty busy spot these days. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a regular place where we handle the Go Air India work. Sometimes the phones, 9916674455 or the other one, just don't stop ringing all morning. It gets a bit loud in here with everyone talking to customers or trying to get things sorted out. Most of the staff has been here for a while, so we know the neighborhood well. You can find us easily if you are coming from the main road. The traffic in Bangalore is always a mess, so we usually get in early to avoid the worst of it. We spend most of our day sitting at these desks, looking at screens and trying to help people with whatever they need. It’s just us doing our jobs. The building is okay, nothing special but it works for what we do. We usually go out for tea in the afternoons to the small shop down the street. It’s nice to have a break from the computers for fifteen minutes. If you call, someone will pick up eventually, though sometimes we are all on other lines. That's just how it goes in a travel office like this one. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like home. We aren't interested in sounding corporate, we just want to get the bookings done right.
