We are based out of the ground floor of Uma Nivas in Shantinagar. It’s a quiet enough spot on Shanthi Road, tucked away a bit. We’ve been working out of this space for several years now. We deal with various technology services, mostly helping people with their setups or fixing things when they stop working. Our office is pretty simple, just some desks, computers, and a lot of cables everywhere. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it works for what we do. The team is just a handful of us who know our way around hardware and software. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us working on a laptop or talking on the phone. We like it this way because we can just focus on the task at hand. Shantinagar is a good area, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors over time. Sometimes people just drop by with a broken device to see if we can take a look. We try to be honest about whether it’s worth fixing or if they should just buy something new. We don’t try to sell people stuff they don’t need. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it personal. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever tech problems come our way, trying to be as helpful as possible.
