Gnanoba

Gnanoba is located in the Balepet 2nd Block area, specifically inside the Srinivasa Mandiram Building on Lakshmanrao Road. The building is one of those older structures that has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We have been operating out of this spot for quite a while. Balepet is a very crowded market area, so there is always noise from the street and people moving about. Our space is usually filled with the sound of the fans whirring and people talking over the phone. It is not a quiet library, that is for sure. We have a few desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. Every morning we open up, sweep the floor, and get to work. We handle various tasks here, mostly just helping out the people who come through the door looking for assistance. It is a very local kind of place. You won’t find any glass walls or fancy carpets here. We just have what we need to get the job done. The lunch hour is usually the best part of the day when we can step out and get something from the local eateries nearby. By the end of the day, we are usually tired but satisfied that we handled the day's chores. It is a humble setup, but it works for us and the people who visit the Srinivasa Mandiram Building.
