Gms Healthcare & Diagnostics is over in BTM Layout 1st Stage. We are on the first floor of the MR Bakery building. If you are standing at the bakery, you just come up the stairs. It’s a busy part of the 20th Main Road, especially with Bescom being right across from us. Maruthinagar has a lot of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. Our morning starts early because that is when most people want to get their blood drawn before they head off to work or have breakfast. We have the usual machines for testing and a small area where you can sit and wait for your turn. It’s not a corporate office, just a local lab where the technicians go about their work. Sometimes the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not feeling great, but it's only the first floor. We see a lot of people from the apartments nearby and some students too. The space is clean and functional, with no extra frills. We focus on getting the samples taken and the results typed out as quickly as we can manage. Dealing with health stuff is never fun for anyone, so we keep the atmosphere pretty straightforward. You might hear the traffic from the road while you're inside, but we’ve gotten used to that sound over the years. Most days the lab is just a steady stream of people coming in and out.
