We have been operating Glowsys Technologies Pvt.Ltd out of Btm Layout in Bangalore for some time now. It is a really busy neighborhood, always full of people and cars, but we like the energy of the place. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our computers and do our work. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, trying to figure out technical problems and getting things done for our clients. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. Most of the staff lives nearby, so we spend a lot of time in the local shops and eating at the small places around Btm Layout. It feels like a real community here. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and go home. Glowsys Technologies Pvt.Ltd started because a few of us wanted to work on tech stuff without all the corporate red tape. It’s been a bit of a journey with plenty of ups and downs. We aren't perfect, but we try to be honest about what we can do. If you walk past us, you might not even notice the office, and that's okay. We're just a small part of the Bangalore tech scene, doing our thing.
