We are based in Rajajinagar, on the second floor of a building in the 2nd Block. It’s near Navarang Theatre, so there’s always something going on outside. Dealing with emu hatcheries is a bit different from your usual city office job. We spend a lot of time monitoring things and the hatching process. It’s a lot of responsibility because you have to be careful with the temperatures and the timing. The office is mostly for the paperwork and keeping the records straight for the farm. It can get a bit cramped with all the files, but it works for us. We started this because we were interested in how these birds grow. It’s a practical business, not much room for anything else. We have people coming in to ask about how it all works, and we just tell them what we know from our own experience. It’s not always easy, especially when things don't go as planned with the eggs. Rajajinagar is a busy place, and being on the second floor helps us get a bit of a break from the noise on the street. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation where we try to keep the hatchery running smoothly and make sure everything is handled the right way. We aren't doing anything complex, just looking after the birds and the business.
