Globsol Innovation Labs Private Limited

We operate Globsol Innovation Labs Private Limited from the first floor of the Gopala Krishna Complex. It’s located at 45/3 Residency Road, which is right in the heart of Bangalore. Being on Residency Road means it's always loud outside, but once you're inside the office, it’s not too bad. We’ve got a basic setup here. There’s a main area where most of us sit, and a smaller room for when we need to have a serious talk or take a phone call. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for some calendars and a few old posters. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment, but we’ve learned to work around it. We’re just a group of people who enjoy working on new ideas. We don't always get it right the first time, and there have been plenty of days where we’ve had to start over from scratch. That’s just how it goes when you’re trying to build things. We don't have any fancy titles or a strict hierarchy. If something needs to be cleaned or a lightbulb needs changing, whoever is closest just does it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’re just here on Residency Road, putting in the hours and trying to make things work. It’s a simple life, and it keeps us busy enough to keep coming back every single morning.
