We are based over at Sailors Home in Bantwal. It is a pretty quiet spot near the Jodumarg post office. We have been working here for a long time now at Globegroundindia Pvt Ltd. The weather in this part of Karnataka changes a lot, but we just keep doing our thing. People often ask us where exactly we are, and we usually just tell them to look for the post office because it is the easiest landmark. It is not a fancy office. It is just a regular place where we get our daily work done. Some days are very busy and others are a bit slower, which is just how it goes. We do not really do the whole big corporate talk or use fancy slogans. We just show up every morning and do whatever is needed. It gets a bit dusty sometimes, and our internet connection can be a bit slow on rainy days, but that is just part of being here. We know our neighbors and they know us too. The building itself is quite old and has seen better days, but it works fine for what we need. If you are coming from the main part of Bantwal, you just head towards Jodumarg. It is not hard to find once you know the area. We keep our coffee mugs on our desks and just push through all the paperwork. It is a local operation. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. We are just a group of people working out of this spot in Karnataka. We do not have a big sign, just the address.
