Our place is tucked away in Koramangala, specifically in the 4th C Block near 4th Cross. If you know Bangalore, you know how these blocks can get a bit confusing for people who don't live here. It’s a pretty good area though, lots of trees and people walking around. We’ve been operating from this building for some time. It's not a glass-and-steel skyscraper, just a regular office setup that feels comfortable enough for the team. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or looking at schedules. Things can get a bit hectic because everything we do has to happen on time, but we try to keep a calm head about it. Most of the staff comes in from different parts of the city, so the morning chat is usually about how long the commute took today. We eat lunch together often, usually getting something from the local places around the corner. We don't have a big HR department or fancy posters on the walls telling us how to think. It's more about the actual work and getting things sorted for the day. Sometimes we have to deal with paperwork that never seems to end, but that’s just part of the job here. We try to be helpful when people call and we don’t like to overcomplicate things. It’s a simple way of working, focusing on what’s right in front of us without making a big fuss. We’re just local folks doing what we know how to do every day.
