Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things difficult, and the walk from the station can be a bit of a mess, but we show up anyway. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we just want to do our work at 5/164 without any unnecessary drama. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat like everyone else does in Sanacruz. There’s no big corporate philosophy here. We just know what needs to be finished by the end of the shift.
