Our office is over at 105 Richmond Town, specifically in Parvati Plaza within the GIDC Estate area near the Richmond Circle Flyover. It sounds like a lot of names for one location, but once you’re near the flyover, it isn't too hard to spot us. Globe Express Travels Pvt.Ltd. isn't a vacation spot itself; it's just a room with desks, maps, and a lot of ringing phones. We spend our days dealing with tickets, passports, and people asking about flight times. It’s a lot of paperwork and looking at schedules on the computer. The industrial estate around us is busy, so there’s always the sound of trucks and cars. Inside, we just focus on getting people where they need to go. We’ve been doing this for years, and the walls are covered with some old calendars and travel posters that have been there forever. It’s not a high-end lounge. It’s a practical place where we handle the details that most people find stressful. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait, which can be frustrating when someone is waiting for a booking. We know the regular commuters and the families who travel once a year. We just sit here, answer the phones, and try to make sure nobody misses their flight. It’s a living, and it keeps us connected to the world even if we stay in this one room most of the day. The tea guy comes by twice a day.
