It’s a bit quieter than some of the main roads, which helps when you are trying to get things done. We don’t spend much time writing big speeches about our values. We just make sure the space is ready and the work is getting finished. It’s a very local feel here. Most of us have been around this neighborhood for years. We know the shops and the people. If you call the number, someone will usually pick up and help you out. We don’t have a big reception desk with a dozen people. It’s just us.
