Our office is over in Koramangala VI Block, right near the Ganesh Temple. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the temple. We’ve been at 463 in the 2nd Block for a good amount of time. Real estate here moves fast, and we spend most of our time looking at flats or plots around the area. It’s not a corporate setup with suits. Usually, it is just us talking to landlords and people looking for a place to stay or start a shop. Some days are just spent on the phone or driving around to show properties. We know the lanes here pretty well. If a place has water issues or the landlord is difficult, we usually know about it. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a building is old, it’s old. We help with the paperwork too because that part is always a headache for everyone. It’s a lot of running around, honestly. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We aren't doing big TV ads or anything like that. We just stay in the neighborhood and keep track of who is moving out and who is moving in. The office is simple, just some chairs and maps on the wall. If you are near the temple, you can just drop by and ask what’s available in the market.
