You can find us on the first floor at No. 43, right there by the Pavitra Paradise Hotel. We’re in Basaveshwara Nagar, 3rd Stage. It’s a busy little area with the hotel right there. We spend our time working on computers and providing different tech services. It’s a basic office, nothing too flashy or modern. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep the equipment and the desks. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting things that stopped working. We aren't fancy. There’s usually coffee mugs on the desks and papers everywhere. We handle things as they come. If a repair is tricky, it might take a bit longer. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people. We just tell it like it is. Basaveshwara Nagar is a good neighborhood to be in. We’ve been here long enough that people recognize us. It’s a lot of repeat visitors who just need their stuff back in working order. We don't use big words to explain what's wrong with a PC. We just say what’s broken and how we’ll try to fix it. The hotel next door makes it easy for people to find our building. We keep the doors open and just get through the daily tasks. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes it’s messy, but that’s just the nature of the job. It's just a regular local place where we work hard and go home.
