Global Franchisee Architects

We are located at 49 1st Cross in Ramakrishna Garden. Global Franchisee Architects is the name on the door. Cuttack is a busy place, but our little corner in Orissa feels a bit different. It’s a simple office. We have been here for some time now. Dealing with the 560047 pin code area means we see a lot of the same neighbors every morning. It’s nice to have that familiarity. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a space where we sit and get our work done. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage. We use the 1st Cross entrance mostly. There’s a bit of a garden around, which is where the name comes from, I guess. It makes the air feel a bit fresher. We usually start early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a lot of sitting at drawing boards and computers. Every now and then, someone brings in snacks for the group. We talk about local news while we eat. Global Franchisee Architects isn't a huge operation. It’s just us here in Cuttack. We like the quiet pace of this specific street compared to the main roads. It feels like home after a while. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. We don't try to be something we aren't, just a group of people at 49 1st Cross.
