Glider Solutions

Glider Solutions is located at number 28 in Chandra Layout, 2nd Stage. We are in Johnson House, which is right opposite the Chandragiri Palace. That palace is a big landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us once they get into the layout. Our office is a quiet kind of place. Chandra Layout isn't as loud as the city center, which we appreciate. The building, Johnson House, has a bit of an old-school feel to it. We have some basic desks, a couple of old chairs for visitors, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We work on various service solutions, which mostly involves us sitting around a table and talking through problems until we find a way to fix them. It’s not a high-pressure environment with people barking orders. We just do our thing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to step outside and chat. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than other parts of Bangalore. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. What you see is pretty much what we are—just a small team working out of a house converted into an office. We like the pace here, and being across from the palace means we always have something nice to look at when we walk out for a break. We usually wrap things up by six and head home.
