Gk Technologies operates from No. 131/1 on the 1st Floor of a building in the Rajajinagar Industrial Estate. We are right next to the KSSIDC Quarters. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all sorts of manufacturing and repair shops. It is a place where things get built. Our office is a functional space that reflects that environment. We don't have plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. Instead, we have shelves of components and tools that we use every day. The floor is easy to clean and the lighting is bright enough for us to see the fine details of our work. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We are a small group and we have a very flat structure. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do, and we just get on with it. We don't spend time on motivational speeches or corporate bonding. We bond over the work itself and the occasional plate of samosas from the canteen nearby. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, with trucks arriving and leaving at all hours. We have been here for a while and we have a good relationship with the other businesses around us. It is a solid, no-nonsense place to run a company like Gk Technologies. We just focus on being useful and keeping our heads down.
