We set up Gito Tech Private Limited over in HRBR Layout, specifically at No. 03Ac on 3A Cross. Kalyan Nagar is a nice area, a bit quieter than the city center, which we appreciate. Our office is in the 1st Block, and it’s a pretty standard setup. We’ve got our desks and our equipment, and that’s about it. We don't spend money on expensive decor because it doesn't really help us work any better. Most of the time, we’re just focused on the tasks in front of us. It’s a small group here, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have big department meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the spots nearby, which is the best part of being in this neighborhood. We’ve had some long nights here when things weren't going right, but we always manage to sort it out eventually. It's not a perfect place—the chairs could be more comfortable and the printer jams sometimes—but it’s where we do our work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just providing what we can from our little corner of Bangalore. It’s practical and it works for us. If you ever find yourself on 3A Cross, that’s where you’ll find us, just keeping at it day after day without any fanfare.
