Giovani Mansion

Giovani Mansion is located at number 9, right across from Bishop Cotton Girls School. If you’re coming from Abhishek Chowk or walking down Old Padra Road, you’ll see us there. It’s a well-known spot because of the school traffic and the general busyness of the area. Being on St Marks Road means there’s always something happening outside our windows. The building itself has been part of the area for a good bit of time now. We spend most of our days managing the space and making sure everything is running okay for everyone inside. It’s not a corporate office or anything like that, just a place where we do our daily work. Some days are much quieter than others, especially when the school is out on break and the streets are empty. We have a few different things going on inside the mansion. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy out front. Usually, people find us because they have an appointment or they live in the neighborhood. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the hallways are narrow, but it has a bit of character that we like. We deal with the usual stuff like maintenance and keeping the front area clean from leaves. It’s a lot of practical work that people don’t really see. Sometimes the parking out front gets tricky because of the narrow road. We just try to make it work. It’s a decent place to be based.
