Ginger Hotels (Roots Corporation Ltd)

We are situated at B4, Chartred Gruha, which is No 4 Assayee Road. A good landmark to find us is the Bengali Association nearby. This part of Bangalore 560042 is actually quite nice with some trees still lining the streets. The building, Chartred Gruha, is where we handle the administrative side of things for Ginger Hotels. It’s a professional environment but it’s not stiff. We have files stacked on desks and a calendar on the wall with various dates circled in red ink. The office gets a lot of natural light in the mornings because of the way the windows face. You can hear the birds in the trees outside if the traffic isn't too loud. We've got a small area for making coffee, and the smell usually drifts through the whole office by 10 AM. The carpets are a bit worn in the high-traffic areas near the door. It’s a place where we spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails. Most of the staff live nearby, so there’s a lot of talk about local traffic or the new shops opening up in the area. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually head out to the small eateries around Assayee Road for a quick bite. It’s a down-to-earth place where everyone knows each other’s names and we just get on with the tasks at hand for Roots Corporation Ltd.
