We work out of 110 Yelahanka. It’s a bit of a mix-up with the address sometimes, but we are at Rose Bud Cottage on Janmabhoomi Marg, near the Mumbai G P O area. The name of the business is Genvest Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. Rose Bud Cottage is an old building, it has a lot of history to it. It doesn’t look like your typical software office at all. There aren't any glass skyscrapers around here. We just have our computers set up in the cottage rooms. It gets a bit cold in the mornings, but it’s a nice place to spend the day. Janmabhoomi Marg is usually quite busy because of the G P O nearby. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing. Genvest Software Solutions Pvt Ltd sounds very official, but we are actually just a few people working together. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy lunchrooms. We usually just eat at our desks or go out to a local stall. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't make big promises or use corporate jargon. We just show up at 110 Yelahanka and start the day. Being in an old cottage gives the work a different feel than a modern office block. It’s not perfect, but it works for us.
