We’re located at No. 45 on the Second Cross in Sai Baba Nagar, over in Shreeram Puram. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually pretty quiet around our office. We handle IT stuff, mostly helping people with their computers and software problems. The space we have is simple. We have a few workbenches and some shelves for old hard drives and cables. It’s not the kind of place you’d go to for a fancy experience. People mostly come to us because their laptop won't turn on or they have a virus they can't get rid of. We sit here and work through the issues one by one. Sometimes a fix is easy and takes ten minutes. Other times we’re scratching our heads for a couple of hours. That’s just the nature of working with computers. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighbors know us as the guys who fix things. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny sign. Most people find us through word of mouth. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us who know a bit about technology. We try to be honest and let people know if something isn't worth fixing. It’s a fair way to do business and it keeps us busy. We mostly just drink coffee and stare at screens all day long.
