Genpact

Our Genpact office is located at 002A, Shraddha Gardenia, in the Rahat Bagh Enclave. This is part of C.V. Raman Nagar in Bangalore. It’s not one of those massive tech parks you usually see. It feels a bit more like a home that turned into an office. We have our desks set up in a way that works for us. It’s a quiet corner of the city, which is nice because the rest of Bangalore can be so loud. We do a lot of data work and back-end stuff here. It’s not the kind of place where we have fancy clients coming in all the time. We just show up, log in, and do what’s on the list for the day. There are plants around the enclave that make the walk into work pleasant. We don't have a marketing team sitting here making us look better than we are. We are just a group of people trying to hit our targets and get home on time. Sometimes the internet acts up or the coffee machine breaks, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. We don't use corporate jargon in our daily talk. We just say what needs to be said. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been at this location for a while now and we like the routine. It’s a decent place to work without all the flash and noise of a big downtown office.
