Genpact

Our office is located at 1505, B-6, within the L and T South City complex on Bannerghatta Main Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know the traffic on the main road can be a real headache, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Being inside South City is nice though, because it feels a bit like its own little world once you get past the gates and the security. We’re part of the Genpact team working from this specific block. It’s a standard office environment with lots of cubicles, some meeting rooms that are always booked, and a break area where the coffee machine is the most popular spot. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs every day. We handle a lot of data and processes, and the atmosphere is usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing and some low chatter. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, and you can see the lights of the other buildings in the complex. It’s a very practical location for us. We don't use big slogans or anything like that in our daily talk. We just focus on the tasks we’re given and try to stay productive. It’s a long commute for some of us, but we’re used to the Bannerghatta grind by now. We just keep our heads down and work.
