Genmacle Technologies is situated over in Laggere at No. 10. We are officially listed care of Bharathi, which gives the whole setup a very local and personal touch. Laggere is a part of Bengaluru that is full of life and regular people going about their business. We are not tucked away in some isolated business park. Instead, we are right there among the houses and small local shops in the 560058 area. The office space itself is quite simple. We do not have fancy glass partitions or expensive carpets. It is mostly just a clean room with enough desks for us to do our work. Because we are in a more residential area, it is relatively quiet in the mornings, though it picks up in the afternoon. We know the people who live nearby, and they are used to seeing us coming and going. If you are looking for us, it is just a plain building that does not stand out much. We like it that way. We spend our time on our computers, and when we need a break, we walk out to the main road to get some tea. There is no corporate dress code here. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. It is an honest, straightforward place to be. We have got a small fan that hums in the corner and a calendar that is usually a month behind, but we get our work done.
