Genisys

At Genisys, we are based out of Whitefield on 27th Cross Main Road. Being in this part of Bangalore means dealing with the usual traffic stuff every single morning and evening. The office is at numbers 33 and 36, so it’s a decent-sized space for us to move around. Whitefield has changed a lot over the years, becoming so busy, but our corner stays more or less the same. We have the usual desks, chairs, and some old files stacked up in the corner that we probably should have cleared out months ago. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a lot of wall decorations or anything. Most of the staff just brings in their own lunch or heads out to the small eateries nearby on the main road. The weather in Bangalore helps keep the mood okay even when work gets a bit heavy. We have people coming in from all over the city, some taking the long bus rides and others on bikes. It’s just a place where we sit down, open our laptops, and handle what needs to be handled for the day. No one here wears suits; it’s mostly just jeans and regular shirts. We talk about the weekend or the latest road repairs while waiting for the kettle to boil. It’s a simple routine that works for everyone here on the 27th Cross. We keep things moving and try to stay productive until it's time to go home.
