Genisys Software ( Call Centre Division)

Genisys Software ( Call Centre Division) is located at No.34/135 Chamrajpet. It’s an older part of the city and we like the feel of it. The building is simple and our floor is filled with rows of people on phones. We are the ones you talk to when you have a problem with your software or some other service. It is a call center so it never really stops. There is always someone here even in the middle of the night. Chamrajpet has its own rhythm and we are a part of that now. The office isn't anything special to look at but it’s where we get the job done. We deal with a lot of different people every day and some are happier than others. Our job is just to listen and try to fix whatever is wrong. We don't have any big slogans on the walls or fancy break rooms. It’s just about being on the line and helping out. Sometimes the headsets get uncomfortable after a long shift but we have a good crew that keeps the mood up. No.34/135 is easy to find if you are in the area. We aren't trying to change the world here. We are just trying to make sure the callers get their answers. It’s a steady job and we have a lot of regulars on the team who have been here for years.
