Genisys Software, Bangalore

Genisys Software is located in the Classic Mansion building, specifically in unit 505. We are on the 19th Main in the Kodihalli area. It’s right off Airport Road and situated next to the Manipal Towers, so it’s a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. We’ve been working out of this particular office for quite some time now. We do software work, which mostly means we spend our whole day staring at computer screens and writing code. The office is functional and has everything we need, but it’s certainly not one of those flashy tech campuses you see in the news. It’s just a regular room with several desks and a lot of tangled cables. We have a small team of people working here. Sometimes we stay late when a project deadline is coming up, and our coffee machine gets a lot of use during those times. The traffic on Airport Road is usually pretty bad, so most of us are used to the long commute. We don't do much in the way of marketing ourselves to the local community. Most of our work comes from long-standing projects and people we’ve worked with before. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the constant humming of the servers in the corner. We just focus on getting the software to work like it should. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a view of the street from the window, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We are just a local software outfit.
