Genesis It Innovations

We are over at the BDA Flats in Domlur II Stage. The specific unit is B-13, number 111. It’s a well-known residential area in Bangalore, so being here feels a bit different than being in a big commercial hub. We do IT innovations work, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of trial and error with software and systems. The office is inside the flat complex, so we see our neighbors coming and going every day. It’s a small team here. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and there are cables running along the floor in some places. We’ve been in this Domlur location for a while now. It’s convenient because the bus stop isn't too far away, and there are plenty of small restaurants nearby for lunch. The space is a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment, but we make it work. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our computer to say hello. It's a very practical way to run things. We spend most of the day typing and testing things out. Sometimes we stay late if the internet is fast and we're on a roll. It’s just a regular job in a regular Bangalore neighborhood. We don't try to be anything we aren't. The balconies have some plants that we forget to water sometimes. The lift in the building is small and slow.
