Genesis Holidays

Our office is on the 1st floor at 41457 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. Genesis Holidays has been operating from this space for a bit. It’s basically just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of phone calls. Dealing with travel means we spend most of our time looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to get someone from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s not always easy, especially when flights get canceled or hotels are full. We deal with the paperwork and the bookings so other people don't have to. RT Nagar is a good spot for us, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have people coming in wanting to go on a short trip or maybe a longer holiday they’ve been planning for years. We just sit down, look at what’s available, and tell them the truth about the prices and the times. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual stuff. It’s a lot of double-checking names and dates to make sure nothing goes wrong. Sometimes we are here late because of the time differences in other countries. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of details. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines and hotels to sort out the messy details. It's mostly just staying organized and making sure the tickets are actually in the system so that everything is ready for the departure.
