Geeks Software is run out of Bunglow No 38 in Konark Nagar 2, which is in the Adgaon Shiwar area of Nashik. Working from a bungalow gives the whole place a bit of a different feel than a standard office block. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still put in the hours. We started this because we liked working with computers and software, and it just grew from there. Nashik is a good place to be, and this neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a big reception desk or a corporate lobby. You just walk in and you'll see a bunch of us at our screens. Sometimes the place is a bit messy with cables and coffee mugs, but that's just the reality of writing code and fixing bugs all day. We aren't trying to be the next giant tech firm; we just want to build things that work for the people who ask us to. It’s a small team, and we often eat lunch together or talk about things that have nothing to do with software. It feels more like a household sometimes, which makes the long hours easier to handle. People in Adgaon know us as the tech folks in the bungalow. We like it that way. No suits, just work. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on getting the software finished on time. It works for us.
